Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Policy
- Cairo: Fast delivery within 24–48 hours.
- All other governorates: Delivery within approximately 3 business days.
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers may be contacted by our team or the delivery company to confirm the order and delivery address.
